About: Hiya 👋I'm sure you will have been led here after watching a whole bunch of scoops videos and became just as 'addicted' to them as I did. I just happened to take my addiction to the next level and started up my own shop 😆. But, if you don't already know how it works I shall explain:

1. There are a whole bunch of charms mixed together in a bowl.
2. I scoop the charms with a spoon and each scoop typically contains approximately 15 random charms.
3. Each charm represents a specific category and dependant on how many charms you get of each category will dictate how many items in that category you will win. i.e. If I scooped 3 charms from the stationary category then you will win 3 items from that category.
4. If you get 4+ of the same charm you will win an extra pink/purple gacha ball.
5. The pink/purple gacha ball will be an item of higher value than the scoop items.

Each scoop is 100% random. We are always on the hunt for new and exciting stock to keep the suprises coming.

Important (but potenially boring 🥱) information to read below before we can get to the exciting ✨️SCOOPS ✨️.

Scoop Video: The video of your scoop(s) will more than likely be unedited because, to be honest, I don't know how to edit them 🙈 So, they will be a little rough around the edges, a little off centre, I'll be using my own voice and it'll be generally all around imperfect. I will post the scoop video to our UK Scoops social media page(s) as soon as it is ready, otherwise I just know I will forget to do it otherwise. If you don't want to see your suprises in advance of your box, look away now! You're 1st name and order number will be in the description of the video to help you look away in time 🙏👀.

Costs: This item is £50.00 plus £5.90 for postage and packaging (£55.90 Total). This is a flat rate based on shipping one box and will be charged in one lump sum rather than separate postage at checkout. We only post using 'Royal Mail tracked 48' as we find them to be the most reliable.

Handling & Shipping Timeframes: As a worst case scenario our current handling time can be up to 14 working days and an extra 48hrs for shipping, more often than not handling will be much quicker, but please bear these timeframes in mind if you are looking to order for a special occasion as we wouldn't want you to receive your box(s) later than required.

International Postage 🌍: We currently only post within the UK 🇬🇧. We are looking to ship Internationally in the future but we don't have a timeframe just yet ⏳️.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

• All Scoop orders are final sale. 
• No refunds or exchanges - Suprises are part of the mystery scoop magic ✨️ 

Preferences: If you have scoop item preferences that arent in the options above, send them to us via email along with your order number within 12hrs of placing your order. If you dont include your order number we will likely miss your preferences request. Colours are the easiest preferences for us to accommodate at this time but please feel free to tell us a little about yourself, your likes and dislikes so we can bespoke your scoops as much as we can 🥰.

Swapsies: Items that come from the pink/purple gacha's cannot be swapped out, those items stay with your order. We are unable to exclude whole categories e.g. all stationary excluded etc (Unless you have allergies) but please feel free to let us know of any specific individual items you definitely would not want e.g. pencils etc and we shall endeavour to swap them out for something else. These requests are not guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion depending on what we have available at the time to swap them for. 

Please note: While we will endeavour to pick your favourites, we cannot guarantee they will be available at the time of packing your order.

Medical/Allergy Note: All purchases are at your own risk - We are not liable nor responsible for ANY sensitivities or reactions. Please use your own discretion with any item you receive/use. We will however, always endeavour to take into account your allergies so as not to send you an item known to cause you an issue. If you receive an item that is unsuitable for you, wether it be due to allergies or personal preferences we encourage you to gift it, donate it or share it with someone who you know will love it/can use it instead.

FYI: Lastly but certainly not least, your order will be packed in a home environment where dogs live 🐕. I am planning on keeping them away from the workspace (as they are large dogs and will knock everything over with their big floofy tails!) Even so, if you have particularly sensitive allergies then this may not be the shop for you as there is bound to be a dog hair floating about! 🐾
