• Each pouch contains a bracelet as your prize. (The bracelets will vary in size, colour, shape, material and texture.)
• If you find a heart in your pouch you will receive 1 free extra pouch.
• Some pouches contain more than one bracelet

Important information to read below before we can get to the exciting ✨️Pouches✨️.

Video: The video(s) of your order will mostly be unedited. They will be a little rough around the edges, a little off centre, I'll be using my own voice and it'll be generally all around imperfect. I will post the video(s) to our UK Scoops social media page(s) as soon as it is ready. If you don't want to see your suprises in advance of your box, look away now! You're 1st name, last Initial and order number will be in the description of the video to help you look away in time 🙏👀.

Costs: This item is £40.00 plus £10.00 for postage and packaging (£50.00 Total). This is a flat rate based on shipping one box and will be charged in one lump sum rather than separate postage at checkout. We only post using 'Royal Mail tracked 24 with signature'. This service has a delivery aim of next working day, full online tracking, photo on delivery, and a signature upon receipt.

Missing Packages: Please let us know as soon as possible after the delivery due date has passed if your parcel hasn't arrived. For a 'Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature item', we must wait 7 working days after the expected delivery date before we can file a claim for a missing parcel. Royal Mail will only officially classify the item as lost once this qualifying period has passed. Once Royal Mail have investigated the missing parcel and have deemed it to be untraceable, they will then compensate the cost of the missing parcel, this will then enable us to send you a full refund. We will have to follow this procedure as we are a small business and need to ensure that both our customers and our business are protected on both sides. You will not be left without either your purchase or a full refund but it may take some time for this to be actioned due to Royal Mail's minimum timescales.

Handling & Shipping Timeframes: As a worst case scenario our current handling time can be up to 14 working days and an extra 48hrs for shipping, more often than not handling will be much quicker, but please bear these timeframes in mind if you are looking to order for a special occasion as we wouldn't want you to receive your package later than required.

International Postage 🌍: We currently only post within the UK 🇬🇧. We are looking to ship Internationally in the future but we don't have a timeframe just yet ⏳️.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

• All bracelet lucky dip pouch orders are final sale. 
• No refunds or exchanges - Suprises are part of the lucky dip pouch magic ✨️ 

FYI: Lastly but certainly not least, your order will be packed in a home environment where dogs live 🐕. I am planning on keeping them away from the workspace (as they are large dogs and will knock everything over with their big floofy tails!) Even so, if you have particularly sensitive allergies then this may not be the shop for you, as there is bound to be a dog hair floating about! 🐾
